Anya Taylor-Joy
Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish and half-English woman was born April 16, 1996 in Miami Florida. Half English and a quarter Spanish her parents are Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker and Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. The father of her mother, who is native of Argentina with Scottish and English origin is her mother. The mother of her is Spanish-English. Taylor-Joy has the eldest of five kids, and four of them come from Taylor's father's prior marriage. Her family lived at home in Buenos Aires from the time she was just six until the time they moved to Victoria, London. According to Taylor-Joy's account, the move was traumatic and she decided to not learn English to the hope that she could return to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school after she switched from Northlands. Then, she was enrolled at Queen's Gate School to study ballet and act in the school's plays. When she was 16 she quit school to take on a full-time job in acting. Since her early years, Taylor-Joy was aware of her desire to become an actress and her goals were realized when she was offered the opportunity to model Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
