Alison Krauss, born in Decatur in Illinois on July 23, 1971 is a popular and wealthy Country Singer. She and LeAnn Kymes were among the youngest winners of the Grammy Award. Alison Maria Krauss (born July 23 1971) is an American bluegrass country singer and musician. She began to work in the music business in the early years of her life. at the age of 10 she was a winner in local competitions and made her debut album. In 1987, she dropped her first solo album, after joining Rounder Records. She joined the group with who she still performs, Alison Krauss Union Station. The group released their debut album in the year 1989.
