Charissa Thompson

Thompson left FOX Sports in the year 2010 and performed double duty as the host for Versus as well as Yahoo Sports. She hosted Versus' NHL coverage in the studio and produced web-based content for Yahoo's heavily-shopped platform. Thompson led the website's presence at high-profile sporting events, such as events like the 2010 Winter Olympics and FIFA World Cup. Her success in these two arenas led her to get a job with ESPN to be one of the hosts on the brand new afternoon show "Numbers Never Lie," on August 11, 2011. She joined"SportsNation" in the summer of 2012 "SportsNation" company in July of 2012. The show proved to be an enormous success and she was there until May 2013, when she returned back to Los Angeles to launch FS1. Thompson is a passionate sporting fan but has shown the flexibility needed to be able to work in entertainment. Thompson was hired to be a host of"Extra," a Hollywood Newsmagazine "Extra" in June of 2014 following a string of part-time gigs. As a co-host was a producer in Universal Studios as well as hosting award shows with a staff and gatherings on a regular basis. Charissa Charissa Charissa
